M&A: A Management Method of Supply Chain

Abstract:

This paper studies the impacts of M&A on supply chain management, such as transaction cost, the balance of stakeholder-interests, and the economies of scale in overall costs of supply chain. The paper indicates that M&A is a kind of supply chain management means, and enterprises should pay more attention to the changes of supply chain during M&A.
