Abstract: In this paper, the global robust exponential stability is discussed for discrete-time bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time varying delays. By the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique and discrete Lyapunov functional combined with inequality techniques, a new global exponential stability criterion of the equilibrium point is obtained for this system. The proposed result is less restrictive, and easier to check in practice. Remarks are made with other previous works to show the superiority of the obtained results, and the simulation example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of our result.

Abstract: This paper presents an automated C code generation platform for the development of electric vehicle controller, based on Matlab/Simulink Real-Time Workshop. By means of this method, it is possible to develop vehicle control algorithms and configure device drivers in graphic environment. Moreover, it can generate executable C code and download them into Vehicle Control Unit automatically. This technique reduces handwritten code errors, and shortens the R&D time and cost, compared with traditional method. Besides, this technology platform is applied to the development of electric vehicle controller for the first time, using a custom Simulink driver library for MPC5644A microcontroller.

Abstract: During the hydrometallurgical production process, there are many towers working at the same time. In order to improve production efficiency, we need to control the level height of every tower. Takes example for 6 towers, do research on the level control system in metal ions production process. According to the theory of materials balance, the mathematic model of the system are established. Programmed the mathematic model by Matlab. In order to make the level of each tower at the same height, work out how many adjust times needed and how much adsorbate every tower inflow and outflow each time. Then analysis the data results of error and variance, which have confirmed the feasibility and rationality of the level automatic balance system model established in this paper.

Abstract: Control system of space scanning mirror has high requirement of scanning accuracy. The use of optimal tracking controller, instead of traditional PID controller, can effectively improve the scanning accuracy of space scanning mirror control system. State space model of the control system is established; the control system based on optimal tracking controller is designed; simulation experiment of the control system based on optimal tracking controller is carried out. The simulation result, in comparison with the system based on a PID controller, shows that the scanning mirror control system using optimal tracking controller instead of PID controller has higher scanning accuracy and faster response.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

Abstract: By analyzing of thermoelectric cooler(TEC) working characteristics and using one-dimensional heat transfer equation, mathematical relationship between TEC working power and radiator equivalent thermal conductivity is derived. Temperature control efficiency could be improved by increasing equivalent thermal conductivity was proved. So that an optimization method using finned tubular radiator in LD temperature controller was presented, including theoretical foundation of radiator selection and system structure. Compared with normal radiator, the stable-time of the LD temperature controller using finned tubular reduces 50%, and stable-error reduces 60%, which was proved by mathematical calculation and experimental result of 2W LD system. Compared with forced air cooling and forced water cooling, the system has property of low vibration disturbance and simple structure. It followed that the finned tubular radiator was suitable for temperature control of medium and small power LD, which can improve temperature control efficiency and optimize the system.

Abstract: To solve the problem of the pseudo-Gibbs phenomena around singularities when we implement image fusion with images of strip surface detects obtained from different angles, a novel image fusion method based on Bandelet-PCNN(Pulse coupled neural networks) is proposed. Low-pass sub-band coefficient of source image by Bandelet is inputted into PCNN. And the coefficient is selected by ignition frequency by the neuron iteration. At last the fused image can be got through inverse Bandelet using the coefficient and Geometric flow parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that for the scrip surface detects of scratches, abrasions and pit, fused image effectively combines defect information of multiple image sources. Contrast to the classical wavelet transform and Bandelet transform the method reserves more detailed and comprehensive detect information. Consequently the method proposed in this paper is more effective.

Abstract: In order to achieve the best engine performance, electronic control unit needs to be provided a different fuel injection and ignition timing corresponding to different engine temperature while in other conditions the parameters is the same, so the temperature of the engine cylinder plays an important role. In this paper, the C8051F020 is used as the main control unit MCU and the data processing unit. The cylinder temperature signal is detected by thermistor temperature sensor and at the same time A/D conversion and data processing are completed. The acquisition temperature values are sent to LED display, while achieving ultra-high temperature alarm and ultra-low temperature alarm. This paper introduced the hardware design of temperature acquisition system, in this section this paper focuses on the choice of the temperature sensor, micro-controller selection and the design of temperature acquisition circuit and temperature display circuit. This paper introduces the software design of the temperature test system. Based on the understanding to C8051F020 MCU, with a micro-controller language this paper assembled a software program of temperature test system including the signal acquisition, A/D conversion and temperature display. This paper also designed a simple structure and processing the data speed of the temperature acquisition system.
