Abstract:

Generally, optimization algorithm is adopted by flatness preset theory model to get optimal preset parameters, and the optimization process needs to frequently call flatness prediction model which combines strip plastic deformation model with rolls elastic deformation model through iterative method. The calculation time of iterative course is long, and optimization algorithm will multiply the calculation time, so it is difficult to apply the flatness preset theory model on line. To solving the problem, a step-by-step method is put forward by this paper, which separates strip plastic deformation model from rolls elastic deformation model reasonably, and the calculation speed and stability are improved significantly. At the same time, a direct method to solve strips object gauge transverse distribution and a fast influence function method are deduced to reduce the calculation time of basic models. The research result is tested by a 1420 mm reversible CVC-high mill, and its precision, speed and stability meet the requirement of online preset, which shows well promotion value.
