Abstract:

The rural land turnover has begun since the late of 1980s with the large number of migrant workers go for works in cities. At the beginning, the rural land turnover is just the disorder turnover, but now it has became organized. The rural land turnover in Chongqing plays so much important role in the development of Chongqing such as promoting agriculture construction adjustment and intensive land usage, increasing farmers’ income, balancing cities and urban areas development. But there are also many risks in the period of the rural land turnover. So we must pay much attention to it and analyze it to ensure the rural land turnover processed orderly so as to protect farmers’ rights and interests and achieve the social stability.
