Influence of Steel Slag Powder with Different Specific Surface Area on the Properties of Foam Concrete

Article Preview

Abstract:

Some properties of foam concrete added steel slag powder with different specific surface area were studied in this paper. The property and microstructure of the foam concrete were investigated by strength test, XRD and SEM. The results indicate that the compressive strength increases firstly and then decreases with increase of the specific surface area of steel slag powder.
