Spherical surface weld defects greatly reduce the potential effects of corrosion, produce sliding deformation, and cause the breaking of passivation film; the IGSCC has been finally caused by the solution of the Cr Poor zone under the field environment with high CI content. D107 electrode has low carbon content, the less strain concentration at the grain boundary due to without sliding deformation in the grain under the action of welding residual stress, and less stress corrosion cracking. 2-layers of the D107 weld metal should be welded at least when grinding which has good stress corrosion resistance performance in material engineering
