Study on Developing Data Depot for the Equipment Support

Abstract:

In information war, support effectiveness of equipment depends on the ability of information management. Contraposing the main problems of the equipment support management at present, the characteristics of data depot are introduced, and the differences between data depot and traditional affairs database are presented. Necessity for setting up a data depot of equipment support is narrated. The frame and the exploitation process of a equipment support data depot are also studied, scientific evidence is provided in order to improve the equipment support management and establish long-term programming.
