The Post-Evaluation of the Old Industrial Buildings Based on LFA Method

Abstract:

Based on the comprehension of the concepts about the post-evaluation of the old industrial buildings group construction progress, this paper proposes the evaluation content and the improved LFA method for the construction progress post- evaluation of the reusing project of the old industrial buildings group Furthermore, this paper conducts the progress post-evaluation on the specific projects and analyses the reasons of these differences. Some suggestions and countermeasures are also put forth to improve the old industry buildings group reusing progress.
