Collaborative Optimization on Structural Parameters of Scroll Compressor
Abstract:
The optimization of structural parameters of the scroll compressor is realized by using the method of collaborative optimization. The mathematic models of scroll compressor are established and the Multidisciplinary Design Optimization(MDO) problem is solved by using the iSIGHT software. An example of scroll compressor based on MDO was given to verify the validity and practicability of the model. A set of size parameters which satisfy multiply performance requirements are obtained. The simulations results indicate that both the optimal parameters of scroll compressor and improvement of energy efficiency ratio can be successfully fulfilled by collaborative optimization.
