Abstract:

The sensor node is important component part of the Internet Of Things. The sensor node circuit based on SIM20 module was implemented in the paper. The design of the wireless RF circuit and the energy management circuit were described in detail. The reliable link between the sensors and the gate are achieved by the developed product.
