On the Construction of Safety Running and Management Systems for Chinese E-Government System

Abstract:

The operational safety has become a bottleneck problem in the construction of e-government system. The perfection of the safety management system is particularly significant to guarantee the e-government operational safety under the circumstances of a comparatively backward information technology foundation in China. The safety running and management systems can be classified into two main aspects: safety administration management and technical safety management. The former includes establishing the safety management organization system, improving the responsibility system of safety management, strengthening the management of network information, stressing the management and development of human resources and so on. And the safety management of the host computer sites, data management for computer system, the establishment of a standardized data and information management system, emergency recovery measures, the establishment of the security auditing system, safety assessment and so on make up of the latter.
