Study on Coal Lean Mining Theory and Practice

Abstract:

Through in-depth research and analysis of coal production process, the concept of "lean mining" is puts forward in this paper, and Lean mining system is structured which includes objective, code of practice, technical solution, operation foundation and circumstance basis. Finally the theory is carried out in coal mining practice activities, by which the working efficiency is improved and the profit of enterprises is increased, by which the clean production and lean mining are achieved.
