NVH Characteristic Prediction of an Electric Vehicle Reducer

Article Preview

Abstract:

Taking certain electric vehicle as target, tangential electromagnetic torque and harmonic analysis of drive motor is obtained using Ansoft 2D model. The inherent characteristic, propagated error, frequency response characteristics and waterfall curves of bearing are obtained using Romax 3D model. Then the NVH characteristic of driveline under certain rotational speed is evaluated, results can be applied to the structural matching of the driveline system for electric vehicles.
