Sysmatic Analyses for Green Building Engineering Based on Value Evaluation

Article Preview

Abstract:

From the methodology for evaluating the value of green building engineering (GBE), this paper presents the connotation of GBE value system. GBE value evaluation is a comprehensive project appraisal and evaluation of the value of the principles and values of properties, methods and value property are discussed. Based on the main body of generalization and conflict of the interest, the construction of GBE systems’ general objectives with engineering management, engineering technology, and engineering economy, engineering social and ecological goals are analyzed, and from time, space and energy dimension GBE system internal correlations properties are studied. Taking basic goals of GBE engineering as example, to evaluate the value system is especially important to systemic analysis of the BEE engineering practice.
