Abstract: Bending deformation of existing measuring rod will influence the centring of measuring head and raceway center. Aimed at this problem, a kind of measuring rod device is designed, which used for detecting the diameter of outside rolling path center of slewing bearing. The mechanical structure and the working principle of the measuring rod device are introduced. Added support structure can reduce the measuring rod deformation significantly is obtained based on error analysis and the finite-element method simulation analysis.

Abstract: This thesis briefly introduced roof control technology in fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining with hard roof and hard coal seam, Mining technology , gas prevention and comprehensive prevention and control technology in spontaneous combustion of coal, which in longwall top-coal caving face with hydraulic support in thickness seam in the Datong permo carboniferous coal seam . New development directions of fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining technology in the Datong mining area in the next few years.

Abstract: The crosshead guide sliders of a diesel engine damaged in a container ship. The type of the main engine is MAN B&W 5S50MC-C. In order to find the reason of the damage, we proposed a solution basing on checking of the damaged parts. Also we explored and verified the reasons leading to the damages of crosshead guide sliders. Besides that, we considered of professional laboratory data of the testing of lube oil samples particularly. According to the solution, the management completed the maintenance successfully, and the diesel engine has been running well till now. So the method of the solution proposing is rational and efficient.

Abstract: In order to depict the complex uncertainty involved in evaluation of equipment sensitivity to voltage sags, the voltage tolerance level of sensitive equipment is characterized by interval data, a evaluation model is proposed to derive interval probabilities of equipment operation status. Hybrid entropy is used to measure the uncertainty of randomness and fuzziness. Then, the interval result is transformed into point-valued probability based on maximum hybrid entropy model. By the help of personal computers, the proposed model is finally verified in a test distribution system.

Abstract: Loss and recovery of power supply to electrified locomotives when passing neutral section will caused over voltage and over current in locomotives, which greatly threatens the safety of electrified railways and passengers. A novel uninterruptible flexible connector device is proposed, which comprises of two breakers, back-to-back converters and two transformers. This device can realize flexible switch between voltages of two traction feeders using phase shift technology at variable frequency and make locomotives run pass neutral section at rated power. System configuration, working principle, system-level and device-level control of uninterruptible flexible connector device are introduced and their correctness and effectiveness are validated through simulation.

Abstract: The domestic QYZ5200TCB aircraft deicing vehicle is studied. Three dimensional solid modeling, virtual assembly, dynamic simulation, interference check and kinetic modeling are performed to the manipulator and Leveling Mechanism of the aircraft deicing vehicle under Pro/Engineer environment. The Virtual Prototype Development and Design is realized under the Pro/Engineer environment, which founds a basis for the further design optimization 、analysis and manufacture of products.

Abstract: The coal sample from the Shijiazhai mine located in the east of Yunnan province of China, is characterized with high ash and sulfur content which are 64.90% and 8.66% respectively. Analysis results indicate that coal and pyrite are the valuable minerals that can be recycled from the crude ore. According to the properties of the ore, a full-flotation flowsheet is proposed to process the ore. The coal is separated by depressing the pyrite firstly, then the pyrite is activated and flotated. Based on the regulating of reagent scheme and flowsheet process, the optimum small-scale closed circuit experiment is conducted to obtain a coal concentrate with a yield of 37.18%, assaying 41.10% C and 5.38% S at a C recovery of 83.05%, and a S concentrate with a yield of 6.18%, assaying 9.04% C and 42.49% S at a S recovery of 30.56%, which could provide technical support for the building of the plant.

Abstract: This article research a low grade ore in Jinping, it contain 0.634% nickel, 0.329% copper, 0.047% cobalt, 30.18% SiO2, and 19.72% MgO. The rude ore contain amount of gangue minerals such as chlorite, mica, quartz, feldspar, which are easily slimed and have undesirable effect on flotation. In order to decrease such negative effect, this article investigated a method by “desliming-flotation” test, flotation test. Finally find that direct flotation is a promising method when utilizing carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium silicate as combinatorial depressants. And obtained the grade of bulk concentrate is 2.96% with recovery 60.82%, the recovery increased 2.43% compare with “desliming-flotation” test.
