The Study of Fuzzy Clustering Analysis in the Determination of Assembly Process for Hull Block Module

Abstract:

The automatic design of hull block assembly process is a difficult point in the study of CAPP assembly, which will influence the construction period and quality in shipbuilding negatively. This paper presents a new design of determination system of assembly units for block module assembly. Thus, based on fuzzy clustering analysis, the assembly model is built and the method to analyze the partition of assembly units is given out. The result shows that the system is reasonable and feasible, which will be significant for the production of ship module.
