Research on the Simulation and Experiment of Semi-Active Suspension

Abstract:

A research method of mathematical model of the semi-active suspension is presented. First, the equivalent flow and suspension sketch map are given, after that the damping and elastic characteristics are deduced by using equations of throttle orifice and state of real gas. The semi-active suspension could regulate damping force through changing control valve electric current,and it is verified that the rate of change of damping force could achieve 53%. The rules of structure parameters of valve influence on the export force of semi-active suspension are studied. The analytical equations and conclusions can offer reference to design the intelligent suspension.
