Abstract:

College of Food Science and Engineering of Ocean University of China grew out of the processing of aquatic food product of Shandong University. The specialty of food science and engineering was awarded national characteristic specialty at 2010. This paper suggests construction mentality and aims surrounding the national characteristic specialty.
