Mouse Deformation Design Based on CAE

Abstract:

For obtaining good quality plastic product of mouse,the solid sample of mouse was built, the top and down cover deformation of mouse were drawn as well,further more,the mouse assembly was also selected.Up and down cover of mouse moulds and the whole style mold were gotten by Pro/E,gate location of mouse up cover was analyzed,the project and net model were created,thus the joint of gate location area centre could be found,the pouring system location was set and optimized.
