Synthesis of Phenolic Resin and its Sand Consolidation

Abstract:

According to phenolic resin curing mechanism, its structure was improved to enhance consolidation strength and decrease resin dosage, so costs of sand control was decreased remarkably. phenolic resin, which can has a higher consolidation strength at lower temperature, was prepared, the many factors on which effect on its consolidation strength was investigated detailedly.
