Research of a New Teaching Model and its Application in Industrial Engineering Discipline

Abstract:

Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of the industrial engineering discipline, summaries the status of personnel training. Then, based on Indoctrination teaching situation, this paper proposes a new Three-Stage case-teaching mode, that is, Ask Questions-Analyze Problems- Solve Problems. Practice shows that Three-Stage case teaching mode can stimulate student interest, improve students' active thinking and problem-solving skills.
