Abstract: Computer color matching technology has many advantages for coloration processes theoretically. However, in practice, many manufacturers would rather employ experienced color matching engineer with very high salary than buying computer color matching instrument. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. This paper checks the effect of Datacolor SF600 color measuring and matching system in laboratory. The experiment show that the color matching result is much better than that of a green hand person, but far from that being expected. The reasons are discussed and new theory is expected to be developed to give a fundamental solution.

Abstract: Displacement is one of the most important parameters of vane pump, but the physical meaning of the pumps’ displacement is relatively difficult to understand. A new approach is presented to simplify the calculation process. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of vane pumps, corresponding visual geometric models were separately built, and then the displacement of vane pump can be directly calculated by those models. This method is applicable not only to single-acting pump but to double-acting pump, it shows a novel vision and is easy to master.

Abstract: To improve efficiency of industrial waste oil purification, high performance stirrer is required in the former processing. As a key part of the mixing impeller, the characteristic of airfoil shape is investigated in this paper. Firstly, the integration equation of impeller airfoil is presented. Then with different number and value of equation coefficient, three typic airfoil profiles are plotted. Lastly, one NACA airfoil is chosen to shown the integration and convergence of the expression.

Abstract: Nowadays, many scholars attach importance to how sieving parameters of vibration screen influence sieving efficiency. The traditional research of screening theory and technology depended on the screening test that consumed a lot of human labour, material resources and money.DEM software EDEM was used to establish the simulation model of screening in this paper. Five simulation particle shapes were built base on real shapes of stone particle. After completing 20 groups simulation, sieving efficiency were calculated based on ratio of undersize in feeding and undersize. The formula of sieving parameters and sieving efficiency was fitted with the method of multielement non-linear regression by Matlab based on simulation data. This paper provide a new method for vibrating screen designing and research of screening theory.

Abstract: The quality and dependability of the small unmanned plane is more and more important currently. For the small unmanned plane under the conditions of Low-Reynolds, the air viscosity has relatively greater influence on its aerodynamic performance. This is one of the greatest difficulties to design a small unmanned plane. The aerodynamic performance of bionic aerofoil and NACA 4412 is contrastively analyzed while the Reynolds-Number is 、 and by the Fluent. The CFD computational result and the analysis show that the airfoil of the seagull is suitable for the special work circumstances of the small unmanned plane, and it can be used for the further design of the wings.

Abstract: In the analysis, comparison LPG motorcycles and on the basis of the similarities and differences of LPG vehicles, LPG motorcycle liquid positive-pressure fuel system, Which simplifies the structure of the vacuum evaporator; two decompression Design, to ensure a vacuum evaporatordecompression and regulator role; to install the solenoid valve at the exit of sewage outlets and to consider the installation directions, so that the structure and function of the vacuum evaporator to be optimized; matching tests show that the vacuum evaporator simple structure, reliable performanceto meet national standards.

Abstract: We proposed the method of controlling the block prestress in the FDSO bottom with the supports adjustment. In FNTM of FDSOs, the FDSO bottom is built on the semi-submersible barge deck, in which the supports adjustment will cause different force imposed by the block weld, and we define this force as the block prestress. When you know the possibility block force in the future, you could exert a reverse force by the supports adjustment, which could reduce the block wreck possibility in extreme situations. Finally this method is applied to build the Sevan Driller FDSO bottom.

Abstract: This paper mainly aims to get rotor aerodynamic performance curve and has studied the matching between the rotor and generator based on the numerical simulation method of the computational fluid dynamics, using the finite volume method to calculate the pneumatic performance of H-type wind power generator, so as to provide guidance for the power control of the small h-vertical axis wind turbine.
