Abstract: Ultrasonic treatment is a hot research topic in the treatment of the melt of metals. Numerical simulation is a useful method to unveil the principles of ultrasonic treatment. In this paper, the Novier-Stoke equations and the cavitation model are coupled to simulate the cavitation during ultrasonic treatment by using Fluent. It is found that as the nucleation site volume fraction increases to a certain degree, there will be a bubble layer surrounding the amplitude transformer, which insulates the effect of ultrasound beyond the bubble blanket. Experiment was carried out, and the simulated results were validated. And the effect of nucleation site volume fraction in water is investigated. The nucleation site volume fraction should be controlled into a certain range to realize uniform cavitation.

Abstract: The theory of structural dynamic analysis is put forward firstly. Then the dynamic performance of HMC80 high-speed precision machining center column is analyzed by means of finite element method. The dynamic performance of the column is analyzed using structural dynamic optimization theory and variation analysis with the thickness of wall plate and the inner rib plates as the parameters thirdly. Based on the analysis results, the structure optimization scheme of the column is obtained. The structure optimization scheme is analyzed and the analysis results show that the dynamic performance of the column optimization scheme is improved obviously.

Abstract: The reduction design is an important orientation for the design and development of corrugated box in the low-carbon economy era. Concentrating on 02 pattern corrugated box, and in accordance with the weight-bearing principle of cartons and intended strength requirements, this paper conducts the local strengthened composition on the corrugated box casing and enhances the physical properties of cartons in circulation, stacking, storage, and other aspects, which achieves the same physical strength as the traditional process but with less raw materials. The conclusions are drawn as follows on the basis of experimental and production cases: under the premise of selecting appropriate composite materials and processes, the use of the local composite strengthening technology in corrugated box casing can produce the carton with the same compressive strength while lowering more than 15% production costs than the conventional process. The study will provide some guidance to the reduction design of the corrugated box.

Abstract: In some dangerous water and shoal area, we need unmanned surface vehicle to recover the spilled oil for safety. After comparing with the present spilled oil recovery machine, we design a carrying platform to carry the spilled oil recovery machine for unmanned surface vehicle. This carrying platform is installed on the front of unmanned surface vehicle, and carrying the spilled oil recovery machine. When unmanned surface vehicle reach the destination, it put spilled oil recovery machine on the water surface, until the end of the work, it recover spilled oil recovery machine to the unmanned surface vehicle.

Abstract: This paper mainly make the experiment object vibration through some incentives. Pass the measured vibration measurement instrument output and the system vibration response characteristics, and get the system modal characteristics. Use frequency converter to control motor speed, to structure resonance, sealed by the experiment is feasible. The technology has been the state utility model patents. This structure for two hours of resonance, masonry structure were not see the destruction of the obvious that when energy limited, even resonance also cannot destroy the temporary masonry structure, but when weaken the structure stiffness later, masonry structure crack.

Abstract: The thesis studied the monomer power battery, in order to overcome the difficulty in state of charge(SOC) online testing, the thesis put forward a new method to do SOC online estimation. By studying the rebound voltage caused by lead-acid battery when it is offline, with the consideration on elements as discharge rate, depth of discharge, temperature environment and so on, the thesis build a function relation between the rebound voltage and the SOC; with the adoption of 89S51 micro-controller in real-time measurement and calculation, we successfully estimated the SOC of intelligent traction–battery online.

Abstract: In order to identify target material and physical dimension quickly and effectively by utilizing high pressure water-jet, the equal eigenvalues of reflected sound signal is required when high pressure water-jet impulse the same target through array nozzles. It is necessary to research the reasonable structure for flow divider to ensure that pressure and flow of every nozzle are identical. According to the device structure size, basic structure of flow divider and pipeline connection request, structure parameters of flow divider were acquired and introduced in this paper. The required initial parameters were calculated on demand, and the inside fluid state of flow divider was also judged. The governing equations are developed by combining incompressible viscous fluid continuity equation with N-S equation and standard k-ε turbulence model. Structure parameters were optimized by combining fluent with the orthogonal experiment. Through the comparison of pressure and flow data acquired in the analysis of the inside flow field of the flow divider, maximum relative pressure deviation of nine channels that based on the optimal size is 0.0243% and maximum relative deviation of the mass flow is 0.0000187%. The requirements of pressure and flow uniformity for identifying target material by using high pressure water-jet and multiple nozzles can be met perfectively.

Abstract: The aim of the investigation is to analyze the natural frequency of litchi tree. The litchi tree was simplified into a cantilever beam with a concentrated mass attached at the free end. Equivalent mass equation and stiffness equation were established to calculate the natural frequency. Effect of canopy mass, trunk length, bottom radius of trunk, and top radius of trunk to the natural frequency of litchi tree was analyzed. The analysis results showed that natural frequency decreases with canopy mass and trunk length, and increases with bottom radius and top radius of the trunk. And in a conventional trunk radius, length, and canopy mass range, the natural frequency in cycles of the litchi tree is between 0.5-5Hz.

Abstract: Thermal design, finite element analysis and experiment verification of electronic equipment of a satellite borne microwave radiometer are introduced. Some methods were adopted to help heat conduct and a finite element model was built. The analysis results show that the temperature scopes of the main structures are from 45°C to63.9°C in the digital control equipment and 45°C to 68.7°C in the receiver equipment and all of junction temperatures of the components are lower than the derated maximum junction temperatures themselves and leave enough design margins, which match the requirements of thermal analysis. The experimental results show that the computing values are close to experimental values and the largest error is 10.1°C, which is allowed for engineering application.

Abstract: This work is related to reliability of strain measurement in flexible printed circuit boards (fPCBs) made with polyimide substrate. It was observed that the fPCBs are very sensitive to strain mounting stiffness. The indirect measurement method will be done employing High Speed Camera (HSP). The direct method will be formulated in two ways: 1) conventional strain gauge glued in an fPCBs; 2) printed strain gauge in a polyimide substrate. This paper will point out mistakes and show advantages when using different method to extract the deformation field of the selected area in a flexible thin film.
