The Discrete Particle Simulation of Vibration Sieve Based on CUDA

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the process of screening, the screening efficiency and sieving rate calculations are traditional and based on the probability and statistics method in the past. Using CUDA technology which has characteristics of high degree of parallelism, multithreading, powerful computing capability and high memory bandwidth and discrete element method, it is convenience to simulate the movement of massive particles in the process of screening. On the basis of previous works, the feasible way of discrete element numerical calculation methods can be found and efficient simulation of particle movement could be designed in order to provide a basis for the future transformation.
