The Visualization Manufacturing System Research Based on Three-Dimensional Process Model of Full Information

Abstract:

Three-dimensional visualization manufacturing technology based on the model defined is an emerging technology in the digital manufacturing of modern aviation, and that is a development trend of air-crafts, three-dimensional assembly process design. The technology mainly through the integration of the three-dimensional process design and process simulation systems, complete the connection of instructions、information and data which generated from design and simulation stage, and through integrating with MES, pass the completed design information of process to the production site to achieve visual assembly, get through a technology roadmap of product design and process design and on-site visualization assembly of model-based definition. Solved the difficult problem of the digitizing processing information obtained from the traditional two-dimensional drawings, and improved the overall efficiency of the manufacturing cycle.
