The article first analyses the rise of green supply chain background, Chinese enterprises implement green supply chain management significance and necessity, and the consolidated results of previous studies green supply chain management concept, characteristics, established on the basis of the corporate structure for green supply chain management model the implementation, combined with domestic and foreign enterprises success stories elaborate corporate connotation of all aspects of the implementation of the green supply chain management model based on the green supply chain management and environmental management system standard, the green degree evaluation building index system evaluation model for enterprises to implement green supply chain management.
