Abstract: Ecological industry were qualitatively and quantitatively studied from the price perspective in this paper, because price study before it comes into being is more important than after it happened. We proposed that price should guide and constrain people’s choices. Then chose four subsystems: economic, social, environmental, energy, constructed price and interest evaluation indexes systems, used analytic hierarchy process, quantitatively analyzed interest and price of enterprise’s project based on experts' experience, gave every index weight. At last, accounting to price and interest of different project, made decision of enterprise.

Abstract: A two stages ecological industry chain was took as study background. The downstream buy amount is uncertain demand. Stock of byproduct is certain. There are two kinds of situations. Buy amount is higher or lower than byproduct stock. Price decisions of byproducts were studied based on game theory. Sequential game equilibrium (Stackelberg equilibrium) and cooperative game equilibrium (coordination in price decision) were obtained.

Abstract: The concentration of suspended solid (SS) was confirmed as the main pollutants in wastewater from the tunnel construction processing through wastewater source and water quality in the tunnel construction processing being analyzed. The rapid wastewater treatment device was designed which combined with rotational flow sedimentation tank and flocculation reaction pool that the cement was used as flocculants. The results showed at the preliminary test that the removal efficiency of SS was above 94%. The effluent can meet the wastewater discharge standard. It was the fact that the treatment method was fast and convenient processing.

Abstract: This paper measures the environmental productivity of the construction industry in China over 1997 to 2010. Accounting for solid wastes produced, the average annual environmental productivity developed constantly during that period.

Determination and Comparison of Microbial Biomass Carbon in the Rhizosphere Soil of Different Plants
Abstract: Selecting rhizosphere soil as the object of study which from 5 different kinds of plants in the Inner Mongolia University campus, we use fumigation extraction method and liquid chlorine fumigation extraction-water bath method to determine the microbial biomass carbon in the rhizosphere soil of different plants, in order to compare that whether or not liquid chlorine fumigation extraction-water bath method applicable to this type of soil sample. The results show that, there are significant differences in the rhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon of 5 different kinds of plants, determination results is that Pyrus sorotina (LS) > Platycladus orientalis (CB) > Prunus persica (TS)> Syringa vulgaris (DX) > Pinus tabuliformis (YS), the content of P. sorotina is highest, 260.53 mg/kg, and P. tabulaeformis is lowest, 121.11 mg/kg, the differ is 139.42 mg/kg. There is a big gap between the measure values of the two methods, so that liquid chlorine fumigation extraction-water bath method doesn’t apply to the determination of this type microbial biomass carbon.

Abstract: research of submarine paleochannels has not only a great significance in exploring the evolution of palaeoenvironment of continental shelf but also a practical application value in solving problems on disaster geology and environmental geology in the continental shelf development. Yellow River and Yangtze River both were concentrated in the northern Jiangsu to enter the South Yellow Sea Basin in the Last Glacial, playing an important role in the palaeoenvironment evolution of the South Yellow Sea. On the basis of integrating previous research results and researching a large number of shallow stratigraphic sections of paleochannels in the South Yellow Sea Shelf in detail, identification and research of Yangtze River and Yellow River paleochannels in the South Yellow Sea Shelf are carried out in this paper. Research results show that: the Yangtze River and Yellow River paleochannels in the South Yellow Sea continental shelf are significantly different in the river section, river pattern, major elements, as well as trace elements, clay minerals, carbonate content and heavy mineral assemblages in the river sediments and other aspects. These differences can be used as the evidence for identification of the Yangtze River and Yellow River paleochannels.

Abstract: In pH 6.5 Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution and in the presence of stable reagent PEG10000 and aggregation reagent NaCl, nanosilvers were aggregated to form stable aggregated-nanosilvers (ANS). The molecular probe of 4-mercaptopyridine (MP) adsorbed on the surface of ANS to form MP-ANS conjugates that produce strongest surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) peak at 1097 cm-1. When Au(III) was added, the SERRS intensity at 1097 cm-1 decreased. The decreased SERRS intensity was linear to Au(III) concentration in the range of 5-50 ×10-10 mol/L, with a detection limit of 2.0×10-10 mol/L Au(III).

Abstract: In urban areas, one of the most significant variables of environmental pressure is the road traffic, which contributes significantly to the configuration of urban acoustic environment. The redevelopment of degraded areas, particularly from the environmental point of view, contains specific actions to mitigate the impacts due to this source, while preserving the mobility. This memory illustrates a possible redevelopment of the EUR district of Rome, through the burying of Via Cristoforo Colombo. The purpose of this study was to compare the current environmental pressure determined by the traffic with the hypothetical after burying of Via Cristoforo Colombo, taking into account that the area has a strong mixture of sites for tertiary and residential areas. The results of the study may be a useful tool for redevelopment to public administration, as part of cost/benefit assessments.
