Abstract: According to the characteristics and demands of assembly sequence planning (ASP) of complicated electromechanical products, the improved Ant-Colony algorithm is presented to solve the problem. In order to plan assembly sequence, Precedence Graph, which is created based on assembly model, is created to record precedence relations between components. Several mechanisms are designed to make the precedence relations correct and compendious. To examine the feasibility of the sequences for tool’s operation, a quick checking method is proposed based on Potential Interference Information, which is created by simulating the tool’s movement and checking the interference information in entire assembly. Then, the Ant Colony Algorithm is improved to generate optimal assembly sequences with the guidance of precedence relations. Two important influence factors have been taken into account in the method. (1) A Penalty-Evaporation mechanism is proposed for the algorithm to punish unfeasible solutions. (2) Via analyzing the effects of the parameters in the state transfer function, the better solution is obtained while change the fixed parameters to transforming with time. Finally, an example illustrates the effectiveness of the strategy.

Abstract: Based on craft features analysis of vacuum casting, this paper concluded that the automation level and control precision of control system are key influencing factors for products quality of vacuum casting. So the purpose of this paper is to resolve these disadvantages of existing control system of vacuum casting equipments. This paper designed a new full automatic intelligent control system which adopts two-level distributed structure. The system is consisted of motor control subsystem, vacuum monitoring and control subsystem, and bubbles detecting and eliminating subsystem. According to the function requirement of control system, this paper described selection and configuration of hardware and function implement of software in detail. Finally, this paper designed and realized a new automatic detecting and eliminating method of bubbles based on vision sensor technology, and presented an intelligent controller model based on Wavelet Neural Network (WNN) for motors. The experimental prototype of vacuum casting has been developed and a large number of experiments have been carrying on. These new controlling algorithms have being tested. The control system integrates vision sensor, intelligent control, microcomputer interface and imaging processing technologies, so it possess high precision, efficiency and flexibility and has a good market application prospect and high economic value. It will be breakthrough for precise rapid tooling.

Abstract: By the design of the visualization system of the LPG shuttle kiln, the friendly man-machine interface is achieved, which is helpful for the change, expansion and upgrade of the system. It is studied that the general schemes of the visualization automatic control system of the LPG shuttle kiln in this article. The choice of the hardware devices, especially the system nucleus units including temperature transducer, A/D or D/A intelligent module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, etc, and the connection and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, is analyzed emphatically. A/D or D/A intelligence module, RS232/485 converter, relay, actuator, the joint and control strategy of the hardware of the control system, etc. With the widely application of the intelligence control system, the foreground of the visualization system of the shuttle kiln will be better and better.

Abstract: The micro controller used in car tracing module is also a single-chip microcomputer which is mainly used for collecting 3 sensor values, transmitting it to the master control single-chip microcomputer for processing which then produce corresponding strategy and makes the corresponding control to change the omni-directional wheel. In the meantime, the micro controller used in car tracing module even for carry out the sending and receiving of communication module data, ensure car moving according to the set orbits.

Abstract: It is quite different to design a high-speed and high frequency machine than designing a common machine. Strength and dynamic characteristic analysis of rotor are key techniques for high-speed permanent magnet (PM) machine. Rotor combined design should be investigated based on mechanical with electromagnetic and dynamic properties analysis. The finite element method is used to analyze stress and electromagnetism field and dynamic characteristic. The multi-physics field iteration design is carried out by optimization analysis of the finite element software. A high-speed PM machine with rated speed of 60000 rpm, 75kW is presented with this method. The experimental measurements validate the correctness of this method.

Abstract: Grey Classification is a method which can judge and analyses the matter in the Grey System .It is more reasonable and practical than other ways. In this paper, we studied the Grey System and Grey Classification. Basing on the traditional method of multiple targets optimal design of driller’gear box, we found out the most satisfactory results which is more optimal than others by using the method of Grey Classification.

Abstract: UML modeling technology combines static modeling process (object graph) and dynamic modeling process (cooperation figure, sequence diagram), and the dynamic modeling process makes static modeling process move forward. This paper introduces the geometrical modeling technology of CAD/CAM, feature modeling technology, the characteristic modeling technology of UML and the application in the mould design.

Abstract: To avoid the open problems of the leading wheel and get a more rational structure, the paper uses PRO / E and the finite element software to analyze the leading wheel of JKM-3.25/4 multi-rope friction hoist. The results show that in the leading wheel the rib plates between the channel steel and wheel hub are removed or added the same ones will have little effect on the overall force situation, and only affect the stress of the weld bead. To solve the problem of open weld of rib plates, can consider the rib plates to be removed. When the radial angle between support wheel and drum is bigger than 6°, the overall force of the leading wheel is affected seriously. But when the radial angle is 5°, the amplitude of stress fluctuation is the minimum, which can improve the leading wheel working conditions and increase the service life of the leading wheel. Therefore the suggestion is to take the radial angle of 5° when to design the new multi-rope hoist. Study conclusions provide the theoretical supports for the leading wheel of multi-rope friction design and technical renovation.
