Abstract: Elaborate the optimal allocation of water resources system connotation, significance and the role of the sustainable utilization of water resources. Based on the water resources system analysis, discusses the system analysis method of water resources and the steps and mathematical model, and the linear programming model for the optimal allocation of water resources in the mathematical model, based on the fuzzy mathematics and the theory of multiple objective decision-making, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with analytic hierarchy process, with the set value statistical and fuzzy membership function of indexes are calculated, determine the evaluation matrix, and then constructs a multi objective comprehensive evaluation model, and using computer to realize the optimal allocation of water resources, to provide a scientific basis.

Abstract: “5.12 Wenchuan earthquake”triggered floods, landslide, collapse and secondary geological disaster, trigger a new soil and water loss, having the significant influence to the local river water quality. This article through the statistical analysis of jiangyou, beichuan station 2006 ~ 2011 water conditions material, discussing the before and after the earthquake disaster areas the river flow change on the influence of river water quality. The results showed that the affected areas of ammonia nitrogen content after the earthquake are more than that before the earthquake content .with flow increased, ammonia nitrogen concentration is higher, flow is low, the water quality parameters of concentration decreased; The total hardness reduced during the earthquake, with flow increased, total hardness concentration is reduced, is negatively correlated; The change of flow to fluoride content effect is not obvious.

Abstract: Urban Village is a special geographical phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China,it is an interlaced product of the history and the development of reality. As a result of the faultiness of the infrastructure of environmental sanitation, the insufficient of the outlay input, the unclearness of the management functions, the weakness of the environmental sanitation consciousness of some villagers and migrant workers and other factors, the environmental sanitation problem in Urban Village becomes more serious every day,the deep-seated problems and contradictions are already got concerns by all quarters of the society. This paper analyzes the environmental sanitation problem which exists in Urban Village of Xi'an.On this basis, this paper gives some suggestion that provides the environmental sanitary administration for reference opinions, which is to improve the environmental sanitation of Urban Villages and promote the improvement and perfection of the overall urban environmental management system.

Abstract: Frequently, offshore oil spills have a significant impact on the marine environment and fishery resources, resulting in huge economic losses. Due to a lot of projects are involved in oil spill and the process is complex, the injured party lacks the evidence to support the evaluation of the oil spill impact on the environment. Therefore, many oil spill claims event had not been properly resolved. In this paper, we designed an environmental impact assessment system of offshore oil spill for improving the above-mentioned situation. The major functions of this system are data management, query analysis, spatial modeling analysis, evaluation of forecast, user management and so on. Environmental impact assessment system of oil spill can predict and evaluate the oil spill’s impact on environment. It’s significant for the protection of the environment and planning. In addition, it also has a realistic significance for providing some basis for claims issues.

Abstract: The current and previous condition of solid waste management programs in the city, Shiraz was studied. Shiraz is one of the capital cities in south of Iran. Different aspects of solid waste programs including collection, transportation, treatments and recycling are discussed. Composition of solid wastes, material analysis, chemical formulation, thermal values, pH and other factors is evaluated. To estimate future conditions an overview of the statistics obtained in previous years is provided. Finally some recommendations are given in case it would be profitable for developing recycling programs in Shiraz city.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to evaluate the structure of wastes from non-ferrous metals. Wastes from the production of metals were selected namely waste from the production of aluminum - red mud and the waste from the production of nickel - black nickel mud. Morphology of samples was documented by scanning electron microscope, phase analysis using diffraction techniques and the content of elements was determined by EDX analysis. The influence of pretreatment of these wastes on the structure was also investigated.

Abstract: For clarifying the noise in tunnel affected by pantograph and bogie, which are the most important noise sources, the noises near pantograph and bogie in a high-speed train were tested by multi-channel noise measurement and analysis system in tunnel, and compared with those measured outside the High-speed train and on an open field. The results show that the interior vehicle noise is spatially non-homogeneous in the whole carriage, the larger sound pressure level (SPL) near pantograph are next to ceiling, and near bogie next to floor. The noise spectra show a broad band feature, and dominated by the frequency contents among 100Hz-2kHz, so the countermeasures against noise should be within these range.

Abstract: Mathematical modeling and simulation technology is a very important wastewater treatment plant data processing analysis tools. To analysis the wastewater treatment plant operation process, this study was realized on MATLAB and LIB-SVM tools. Determine the five feed water quality indexes (water inflow, pH, temperature, COD, MLSS) as input variables and the effluent COD concentration as output variable. Within the SVM modeling, through the GA algorithm, PSO algorithm and the grid search method to separately carried on the model parameters optimization. Through the verification results show that SVM model predicted the COD concentration average relative error is 0.0165, which has higher accuracy, which can meet the actual requirements of water quality prediction.

Abstract: This study investigate the influence of different 7-ACA concentration of pharmaceutical wastewater on microbial activity of activated sludge, the studies show that under the different influent 7-ACA concentrations, the corresponding 7-ACA concentrations of the highest value of urease and SOD activities are 0 mg/L, DHO and nitrate reductase are 50 mg/L, inverting enzyme is 40mg/L, PPO is100 mg/L. the study also show that with the increase of intermediate concentration of pharmaceutical wastewater, microbes product β-lactamase enzyme under the stimulates of 7-ACA and the activity of β-lactamase enzyme increased and then decreased. The activity of β-lactamase enzyme observed of the highest 1212.9U and the best removal effect on 7-ACA when the concentration of 7-ACA is 30mg/L. The optimal pH, temperature and DO of the microorganism product the β-lactamase enzyme were 8, 35 ° C, and 2.5 to 3.5mg/ L.

Abstract: There is a great improvement in modern people’s working and living environment. As the new building materials and technology appear, it brings some problems to indoor environment. more and more people pay attention to their living conditions especially the quality of indoor environment. Every year ,there are 110,000 people who die from indoor air pollution every year in China, hence indoor air pollution is affecting human health. In this paper, through analysis of the sources, adverse health effects of several common indoor air pollutants, air pollutants are major contributing factors to chronic diseases and mortality. It should be treated urgently with the people’s standard of living improvement.
