Abstract:

Nanotechnology is one of the most important key technologies of the twenty-first century while its economic impact is another subject to be recognized. Nanotechnology is an enabling technology that opens new possibilities in construction sustainability. NanoArchitecture leads to more Ecological Architecture, Smarter Architecture and zero carbon architecture through using nanotechnology, and nanomaterials. New materials are being discovered and developed everyday as a result of investigating ways to achieve molecular and atomic precision in engineering of materials. These new materials present new opportunities to solve problems related to energy in building (consumption and generation), or water treatment and air Purification….. As a result, NanoArchitecture has the ability to meet accepted environmental performance criteria and effects of global climate change.
