Study on the Safeguard Measures of Civil Engineering "Outstanding Engineers" Training for New Colleges and Universities

Abstract:

Establish a reasonable safeguard measures is one of the key factors for the successful training of the "outstanding engineers" in new colleges and universities. Aimed to solve the protection safeguard measures of "outstanding engineers" training for the new colleges and universities, in this paper a safeguards measures case of civil engineering "outstanding engineers" training program declare in Chongqing University of Science and Technology Chongqing was introduced systematically, and the organizational guarantee, teaching platform measure, teachers and funds etc safeguard measures of the "outstanding engineers" training were also discussed. we hope that this study can provide a advice or the references for the "outstanding engineers" training of new colleges and universities.
