Two Rheometers Comparative Study of Detecting the Rheological Properties of Di-acetate Cellulose Acetone Solution Spinning with Properties of Chemical Raw Material

Abstract:

In this paper we used rotational rheometer and capillary rheometer to study the slurry rheological properties and compared the consequences.The experiments showed that di-acetate cellulose acetone solution is a typical non-Newtonian fluid,with the increase of temperature and shear rate , the viscosity decreased.When the temperature was 50-65 °C,the measured values change of the capillary rheometer was greater.
