The Experimental Study on Frost Resistance of Gravel Concrete

Article Preview

Abstract:

As one of the most important road performances of concrete, the frost-resistance has a direct effect on the working life of the road. The performance can be improved by adding admixture. The research is based on the interior experiments. The frost-resistance experiment is carried out through the different proportion to compare the concrete test-pieces of different cement dosage. Thus, they can analyze the changes of the frost-resistance between ordinary concrete and the one which added air-entraining agent. As a result, it can be known how the air-entraining agent affects the frost-resistance of the concrete.
