Setting Analyse of Cycle Time and Buffer Capacity of Car Shops Base on Simulation

Abstract:

Cycle time and buffer size are two basic and important figures during process planning of car plant. Following the mechanizing is higher and higher the random things are more and more in car production system. How to set these two figures is a problem. This paper discusses how to set cycle time and buffer size by simulation. This paper gives out some charts to do analyse of the buffer number.
