The Application and Research of Value Engineering for International EPC Project

Abstract:

Design & Build contract is the main contracting model in the international construction market which has a high standard requirement for the main contractor which encompasses analysis of the project and cost control, critical Value Engineering in Design review stage are necessary part for the whole project. This article elaborates how to do the VE during the design stage and the practice of approval process of VE is a very effective method to create benefits for the whole project.
