The Study on Preparing the Plan for Analyzing the Actual Condition and Improving the Environment of Decrepit Research Buildings

Abstract:

Government research institution, which is under Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST), its buildings and facilities' extent of decrepit is different depending on the year of foundation. However, most of buildings that built on for more than 15 years have become superannuated generally. Environment improvement project is absolutely necessary to complement and improve safety of buildings in respect of the buildings managed by the research institutions through comprehensive and multilateral performance diagnoses. It allows research productivity to be improved, and enhance of national economic power is highly expected by performance improvement of related research field.
