Cooperation Environment Planning Strategy Research: Relative Case of Hokkaido in Japan and Guangdong in China

Article Preview

Abstract:

Environment planning is highly related with city building that influences low-carbon city and green architecture design. Hokkaido in Japan and Guangdong in China are two regions that reflect different ways of cooperation environment planning strategy due to regional characters. Hokkaido in Japan adopts compact and definite transport planning strategy to balance city and rural development. Guangdong in China plans greenway as important linear element to uniform the city and rural appearance. Through relative cases we could analyze two kinds of cooperation environment planning strategy as references for other regions on account of specific characters.
