Abstract:

Drawing cylindrical forgings of 6010 aluminum plate as an example, by using software Dynaform to proceed finite element simulation of forming, research the influence of factors such as pressure machine speed, friction coefficient and fillet radius on limit drawing height. Get best effect when pressure machine speed in 8000 ~ 14000 mm/SEC, the friction coefficient take about 0.2 and fillet radius for 13 mm. It provides theoretical basis for design the size of battery shell and bullet shell and select the suitable process parameters according to highly size of drawing parts
