Paying Attention to the Application of Ecological Strategy to Construction Design

Abstract:

Construction affects ecological environment as well as mankind. It continuously influences the surroundings, user’s life and especially highly developed cities in our country. Ecological construction will become the main stream in the 21st century. Construction is closely related to the sustainable development which is composed of three important aspects, namely, environment protection, economic development and social progress. Ecological construction should be a part of sustainable development. Facing the main problems in ecological environment and construction design in China, this paper suggests that in the construction design the application of ecological strategy should be paid attention to, and that to promote the ecological construction design should rely on the enhancing of the ecological consciousness of whole society, the strengthening of the communication between man and the natural environment, and the perfecting of laws on the ecological building design.Building in the people, nature and social - economic compound ecological system, not only affects the earth's ecological system, and directly related to the survival and development of the human being. The rapid development of construction industry in our country, the neglect building, and the natural ecological environment, the coordination between the various technical equipment in use, the improvement of people's living environment, give people bring convenient and comfortable at the same time, also produced many negative effect and harm, such as the construction of environmental pollution, building materials the harmful elements, noise, "air conditioning syndrome" trapped around the people's life and health. Therefore, we must pay attention to ecological strategy application in architectural design.
