Abstract: According to the related concepts and theory of Kansei Engineering (KE), this paper kansei analyzed the shape of household scales by using AHP (analytic hierarchy process), aiming to conclude the relation between emotional intention and design considerations, and sequentially to provide significant design basis and references for product development. Mathematical methods, such as statistics, were applied to this study, which provided a fresh idea for the early stage research of product design.

Abstract: There are some problems about existing suitcases that should be solved and human factors engineering methodology is very important for suitcases design. In this paper, we use reflective materials, LED lights and so on to enhance the security and functionality of suitcase by human factors engineering ideas. And according to the improved design, we build a model and a real production. Then we evaluate the production satisfaction of people from four aspects by ergonomics.

Abstract: A balanced one-way ANOVA model is proposed to quantify the systematic errors and the random errors in the total part variation at a stage. Moreover, a method of hypothesis testing is presented to determine whether the variable systematic errors exist obviously at a stage based on the proposed model. A journal grinding example is taken to illustrate the proposed methodology.

Abstract: Weft pulling weave structure on double segmentation method of two-sided velvet fabric is studied based on single-shuttle loom. Through reasonable weave design, raw materials of warp and weft yarn selection and finishing process, adopting inner pile formed technology of double-cutting process and outer pile formed technology of weft pulling, the monolayer two-sided velvet fabric is developed. That product with comfortable and novel style will broad the application of silk velvet fabric on home textile and clothing and provide certain guiding significant on velvet product development.

Abstract: The designing level of material selection and sizes optimization of casing material for fracturing wells under existence of brine corrosion play a key role in the expected production target to fracturing wells. This paper introduces the effect of brine corrosion on casing material, material selection of tubing and casing for fracturing wells and proposes the optimization idea and technique of tubing sizes selection. By application, the study above has a good practicality.

Abstract: The electrochemical workstation has important role in the electrochemical research. In this paper, the Parstat 2273 workstation was introduced and the main applications in electrochemistry were explained. The Tafel extrapolation was introduced as example to illustrate how to test the corrosion velocity by electrochemical workstation, and the EIS was used to analysis corrosion resistance of different materials. In the actual researching process, Parstat 2273 workstation should develop its further application more effectively.

Abstract: With the rapid development of stationery industry, it is very important to improve the pass yield of manufacturing of pencil sharpener, a kind of traditional stationery products. The current situation of manufacturing process of 0645 pencil sharpener was investigated first. The goal of quality analysis and improvement was set. The causes that affect the main quality characteristic index were analyzed by the cause and effect diagram, and the main causes were confirmed. Design of Experiment (DOE) technology was used to find out the best process conditions. Then countermeasures were made according to the main causes. After checking the improving effect, It is found that the pass yield of the manufacturing of 0645 sharpener has increased from 89.1% to 95.2%.

Abstract: Digital sculpture is an emerging sculpture form. The current digital sculptures are dominated by abstract modeling and digital sculpture should also be conducted by simulating the method of traditional realistic sculpture. 3d printing technology still lacks application experience in making large-size digital sculptures, while digital controlled sculpting technology has some limitations for sculpture modeling. In instantiation of works, how to maintain digital characteristics of digital sculpture is an issue that requires in-depth discussion in the field of digital sculpture. 3d scanning technology has realized transition from traditional sculpture to digital sculpture and changed the method in which digital sculpture depends on software.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of compacted snow-ice, the formation types and microstructure of compacted snow-ice were analyzed to know the snow clearing performance and rule and laid the theoretical foundation for related design of snow clearing equipment. In addition, the microscopic snow clearing performance, physical and mechanical properties were described and further research was proposed, which have provided a scientific basis for technology research and equipment development in the field of snow clearing.

Experimental Study on Coal Entry with Water Trickling and Burst Cracked Roof Supported by Anchor Net
Abstract: There are large amount of roof water spray in 10# coal seam working face in Tuan Bai coal mine, and the immediate roof with bedding and fractures was fractured. There are also many fallen columns, roof integrity was affected. Varying degrees of damage appeared by adopting traditional I-beam type passive support, when encountered fault, collapse columns and other complex tectonic areas, it prone to collapse accidents. This paper analyses the adaptability of anchor net support, based on the characteristics of coal roadway with water trickling and burst cracked roof, combined field research, coal and rock sampling and underground measures and test methods; by the application of waterproof anchoring agent, making the bolt, the anchorage force meet the design requirements, and ultimately determine the design parameters. Field trails in the headentry, and by analyzing the rock pressure monitoring data, field tests showed that the effect of supporting is good.
