Abstract: A test platform of purification experiment based on with UV and chlorine dioxide disinfection was established. so as to purify the E. coli in vivo shellfish. Based on achieve UV and chlorine dioxide disinfection purposes in closed recirculation-seawater purification system scheme. Sinonovacula constricta were used as experiment materials for circulating seawater purification sterilization experiments online. The results indicated that the purification system to achieve the purpose of purifying shellfish microorganisms also has the advantage of saving energy and reducing pollution emissions. Based on the rate of change for the evaluation of e.coli, Sinonovacula constricta purified in 8-12 hours. E.coli reached to DB35/575-2004 purification of marine shellfish standard requirements ( 300MPN/100g), product yield is 95~98%.

Abstract: Because of a waste problem in plastic hose packaging of daily chemical products, this article recommends an improvement to the structure and material of packaging design for these products. Through the use of a Ziploc®-type structure, this re-design achieves the needs for making full use of package contents and for package reloading functionality. TPE rubber replaces traditional PE plastic, making the improved structure more reasonable to produce, while promoting environmental protection.

Abstract: Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method and the wave theory, the analysis of hydrodynamic characteristics is made for a wave-piercing catamaran (WPC) in this paper. The resistances of the WPC with different demi-hull spacing are calculated by use of FLOW-3D, and the relationship of the wave resistance with the demi-hull spacing is also discussed. The comparison of results show that the computational resistance matches the test date well in the design speed. This computational method can predict the coefficient of WPC accurately and can be used as a guidance of WPC initional design and optimization on the demi-hull spacing.

Abstract: This paper studies on the technology application and craft of printing process of high-grade anti-counterfeiting scratchcard invoice. The secondary flexographic additional printing process for scratchcard invoice was designed and used; also covering lottery information area printing technology with UV scratchcard ink was applied. This technology is very suitable for the high-grade anti-counterfeiting scratchcard invoice printing process, and can ensure the scratchcard invoice privacy and security, also meet user requirement. This technology provides new ideas for new-style high-grade anti-counterfeiting scratchcard invoice printing and production.

Abstract: Collar is an important part in the garment structure. It is the visual center of total look of dress style. Wave collar is a changeable and widely-used collar type in fashion, and its design and application have close relationship with many factors. This paper analyzes the influence of the fabric performance and cut-and-open volume on wave collar styles by experiments. The experiments test five kinds of common fabric all the physical properties of the fabrics, and record the wave forms of different cut-and-open volume. Through the analysis of data and combining with appearance shape of the waves, it analyzes the two aspects of the influence on wave collar styles objectively.

Abstract: Under the condition of system-of-systems combat, the relationships among weapon system, control system and detection system are becoming more and more close, which has brought great challenge to the operational effectiveness evaluation of weapon systems. Inspired by cybernetics, and with the support of the Block-diagram evaluation system, SCA method is applied for operational effectiveness evaluation of a certain weapon system. On the one hand, SCA can deal with the uncertain challenges with different scenario conditions by evaluating the weapon equipment effectiveness in uncertain space. On the other, it can seek the mismatching among sensors, controllers and actuators of enemy, which is propitious to reveal the weakness and optimize the operational alternatives of weapon equipment.

Abstract: Anti-slip strip was one of the most popular slip-resistant products indoor and outdoor, especially on the ramp. By using anti-slip strip the roughness of floor can be increased, the COF will be increased and the risk of slips and falls will be reduced at the same time. This study wanted to find out the effects of slip-resistance under different particle sizes of steel grit, different floor contamination conditions and different inclined angles while using the emery anti-slip strip. The results demonstrated that the particle size of steel grit used on the emery anti-slip strip has significant influence on the COF. When footwear had no groove under the shoe sole or the groove had been abraded badly, the particle size had to be big enough to perform the function of the anti-slip especially under the floor contamination of glycerol and water. Therefore, the study suggested that the particle size of steel grit used on the emery anti-slip strip should be larger than 500μm to provide fine anti-slip effects.

Abstract: The new type massage device designed is composed of gearing with groove cam mechanism, executive links with double-rocker mechanism, rate adjustment device with bolts, slider and compression springs. The device, which can simulate massage to remove fatigue by adding functions such as heating and magnetic, has broad application prospects. Structures of the massage device, kinematic analysis and the dynamic simulation have been introduced and the parameters on the effect of massage range have been studied in this paper. A prototype device has been made according to the results of the study. It has good massage effect.

Abstract: Santana 2000 car is the study of the automotive lighting test rig. In the development process, all parts are arranged in accordance with the original car position, and the original car lighting harness was wiring, and fault box of the simulation of the actual fault was set. Developed automotive lighting test rig can really provide lighting and signal system control principle and process. The whole system or local circuit wiring training and line detection training can be done. Actual troubleshooting ability can be trained by the whole system or local circuit. It is multi-function, much cheaper and has better effect. And it provides real platform for improving the operating ability of the lighting and signal system.
