Design and Study on Structural Shape of Screen Aperture Based on Reducing Misplaced Material

Abstract:

Starting with the relationship between misplaced material of moving sieve jig and the shape of screen aperture, aspects such as generating of misplaced material, machining and manufacturing of screen bar and plate, and opening ratio of screen plate are analyzed and compared when different shapes of screen aperture are adopted including square, oblique line and curved line, a novel concept using screen aperture with a shape of circular arc waves is proposed, detailed analysis and scientific discussion for advantages of the new screen aperture are also carried out.
