Study of the Advance Payment Financing Model Based on E-Commerce Platform

Abstract:

Electronic information network technology is growing faster with the rapid development of information technology, the advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform becoming mature step by step. We proceeded a discussion about the mechanism of the advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform. Then we analysed the principal parts which participate in this financing procedure, and made the traditional advance payment compared with this new financing model. At last we concluded that advance payment financing model based on e-commerce platform can not only reduce the risk of relevant parties, but also can increase the financing efficiency.
