Abstract:

In order to verify the accuracy of cycloid tooth profile modification parameters, the experiment scheme for transmission efficiency, vibration and noise has been designed in this article, which according to the performance requirements of high-precision FA45-29 pin-cycloid drive reducer. And the connecting parts of the transmission chain used in the experiments such as experimental frame have also been designed according to the dimensions of this model. And then, we complete the measurement experiments of comprehensive experimental.
