Analysis and Optimization of Plastic Parts Moldflow Based on Mold Flow

Abstract:

Mold flow software is used in the moldflow analysis of plastic parts, which can imitate the filling and cooling process of plastic parts in order to forecast the probable defect in product designing,so that the performance and quality of the plastic parts are confirmed.Different projects are compared to produce an optimal mould construction. Which saves the cost of production and improves the product quality and production efficiency.
