Abstract: In this paper,we introduce a new tracking algorithm to detect and track multiple Vehicles in highway or special area. For the traditional vehicle tracking algorithm that can not be real-time tracking of vehicles or appear to tracking chaotic situation when most of the scene is in motion and component parts of vehicles are occluded. To overcome this problem, we use a background image separation method to separate the moving vehicle and the background and introduce a QPSO clustering algorithm for gathering together color particles of vehicles moving target,finally we through the particle position matching template to achieve target matching tracking.In an experimental evaluation, we show that algorithm through processing the monitoring image of moving vehicles to show tracking information of moving vehicle in the real-time.

Abstract: Collaborative optimization and control of integrated distribution system/ microgrid with high penetration of distributed energy have been introduced in this paper. Along with the development of the smart grid, source-grid-load coordination framework, unit flexibility and load feasibility, muti-energy combination microgrid optimization, control strategies are introduced, and related methodologies and approaches are concluded, as well as the further research.

Abstract: Because of its good network effect, expandability, technology easy to implement, the trust relay Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) network become future secure communication network preferred scheme. The classification and current status of the QKD network was introduced firstly; then the network model of trust relay network, network channel and key relay mode were put forward. Finally, the decisive parameters which affect the trust relay QKD networks effectiveness and performance were proposed. The simulation results confirm that the trust relay QKD network was used for secure communication is reliable.

Abstract: The key technology in battery storage system was the control of inverter output waveform. This paper analyzed voltage and current double-closed loop SPWM inverter programs controlled by two kinds of instantaneous values, one was based on inductor-current feedback, and the other one was based on capacitor-current feedback. It made a detailed theoretical analysis to the system designed, and established mathematical model. The simulation study was conducted based on this simulation model which was established by making use of MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation result verified the characteristics of SPWM inverter controlled by double-loop instantaneous value based on capacitor-current feedback, that its harmonic distortion rate of output waveform was small, dynamic response speed was fast, output steady state accuracy was high, and capacity of adapting to load was strong.

Abstract: This paper depicts the system design of a robot that can recover the disrupted Rubiks Cube automatically. The robot is a typical mechatronics system consisted of the mechanical structure and the electrical system. The recovery procedures of the Rubiks Cube are shown as follows. Firstly, the color recognition of each face of the Rubiks Cube is conducted with an industrial CCD camera. Then the embedded recovery algorithm is called, and the recovery steps are achieved. Finally, the pneumatic manipulators are driven by the pressurized air controllable via an electrical relay array, the Rubiks Cube is recovered step by step following the recovery sequences. The Rubiks Cube robots have been exhibited in several science museums in China, they are well welcomed by the audiences.

Abstract: With the low-altitude airspace opening, the role of surveillance technology in ATC system has increasing prominent. This article used application of image extraction technology, algorithm processing, data fusion and transmission to improve the reliability of surveillance and set up a new structure of network. Finally, we used computers to achieve a new type of low-altitude surveillance system.

Abstract: The design uses intelligent flushing system simulation demonstrator developed by C51 series microcontroller (AT89S52) to achieve light control automatic flushing, and tap water leakage automatic detection and alarm. This system is characterized by high rate of water saving, sanitary, convenient, and low cost.

Abstract: t proposes a tachometer program that consists of AT89S52 microcontroller and Hall sensor. The tachometer is based on acquisition of pulse signal issued by Hall sensor and microcontroller count. Then, after the data calculation, analysis, and treatment by internal program, real-time speed can be displayed through LED. The tachometer has advantages, such as simple hardware structure, high measurement speed, high precision, and simple operation.

Abstract: In order to reduce the workload of warehouse supervisor and to monitor real-timely warehouse temperature and humidity conditions, this paper discusses the design of a warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring system based on a STC89C51 microcontroller, and introduces the system's working principle, system composition and the realization of hardware and software.
