A New AVS Loop-Filtering Fast Algorithm

Abstract:

To reduce the complexity of AVS loop-filtering algorithm, this paper proposes a new AVS loop-filtering fast algorithm based on boundary flatness on the basis of deep analysis to AVS loop-filtering algorithm. Comparing with loop-filtering datum algorithm, the time of s loop-filtering algorithm can reduce 53.69% on average, which can efficiently decrease the computational number of loop-filtering algorithm and improve coding speed on average PSNR decreasing 0.011dB to the video sequences with different motion characteristics.
