Spray Experiment Control System Design of Exhaust Gas Desulfurization Based on PLC

Article Preview

Abstract:

A spray control system with PLC was designed to realize the requirement of exhaust gas desulfurization experiment control system in ship. The relevant parameters were changed in manual control, according to the experimental requirements. The flow rate of the spray liquid along with the changing of the exhaust gas amount was changed in the automatic control system. The multi-level control and cascade control was used to adopt the different equipments, in order to obtain the anti-reference function of system. The PLC module was chosen and programs were designed. The relevant parameters were determined through computer simulation. The results showed that computer simulation met the requirement of experiment.
