Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors affecting housing rental affordability of newly-graduates in metropolises in China. Social survey of questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi interview are the three main approaches applied in this paper. Factors affecting housing rental affordability of newly-graduates in metropolises are determined upon the sample of 4 biggest cities in China
