Abstract: According to the status of the energy consumption of central heating in north China, The energy consumption survey selected 20 heating stations in the north of China. The survey included heating area, fuel usage, heating type, energy consumption, and etc. The analysis of the survey result shows that the central heating has many problems, building energy consumption is larger, and there is a large potential for emission reduction in the north of China.

Abstract: Sometims traditional DEA method can not compare the efficiency of some decision making unit. Cluster analysis method can be applied in the generalized DEA method with input only to solve this kind of problem. The mean vector of all decision making units was taken as a virtual decision making unit, some special decision making units were selected by average linkage method to act as sample unit set and the G-DEA efficiency of all the decision making units were evaluated based on the sample unit set. At last the efficiency of Chinese energy consumption efficiency for per 100 million yuan GDP was evaluated by the traditional BC2 method and the method which given in this paper.

Abstract: Considering characteristics of soy sauce production process and the equipment in JinShiLongMen Brewery, a series of energy-saving technology solutions, including secondary recovery of residual steam in steaming process, heat recovery in high temperature soy sauce cooling process, insulation of high temperature salt water tank and insulation of steam pipeline, was developed. After the implementation of these solutions, the system runs stably and experimental testing analysis shows that the annual amount of residual heat recovered by secondary recovery of residual steam in steaming process was 9.635×108 kJ, amounting to reduce steam cost RMB79,100 Yuan, recovered in high temperature soy sauce cooling process was 1.839×109 kJ, amounting to reduce steam cost RMB151,100 Yuan. The results show that the energy saving technologies achieved good economic and environmental benefits and are applied to the same industry.

Abstract: A novel two-stage ethylene Rankine power cycle that can recover cold energy of LNG is represented. A core device of multi-stream cryogenic heat exchanger (MSCHE) is used in the cycle to decrease the temperature difference of heat transfer process and increase the energy efficiency. The two-stage expansion which means there are two evaporation processes which works at about-100°C and-55°C respectively. This can make better use of the cold energy of LNG. The available process parameters were investigated and given by process simulation with HYSYS software. The results show that the cold energy and exergy efficiency is 19.67% and 27.15%, respectively. The ethane could also be used as working fluid in this cycle and similar output power could be achieved.

Abstract: No one can deny the significance of wireless communication in our life, but there is always noise that can lead to some mistakes in transmitting signal. Facing the noise, we should realize that we cannot eliminate completely. Therefore, we should estimate the signal-to-noise ratio so that we can balance the Bit Error Rate and the power, which can save more energy. Here is a simple way to estimate the signal-to-noise ratio based on Bernoulli's Law of Large Numbers.

Abstract: The construction of ecological civilization is attracting more and more attention. Fuel consumption has greater research value as an important factor in the field of environmental protection and energy saving. Existing analysis about the influence factors of fuel consumption is mostly finished in the 1990s and the beginning of this century, with experiment vehicles and highway at that time, so they may not be suitable for the present. Direct measurement of fuel consumption is finished with actual transportation vehicles in highway and nature state of driving. Analysing the relationship between fuel consumption and speed, longitudinal slope and other main influence factors, put forward measures in highway design, driving speed and other parts to reduce fuel consumption. It is significant for realize energy conservation and environmental protection in traffic.

Abstract: Dual swash plate Stirling engine was designed to convert the waste energy of the flame to mechanical energy. A Stirling model has been developed and used to optimize the performance and design parameters of the engine. The Schmidt analysis is used to obtain the internal engine pressure for the adiabatic analysis. The objective of this paper is to provide fundamental information and present a detailed feasibility of dual the swash plate mechanism. Based on the theoretical model and numerical simulation, the Stirling power is calculated. The result shows that the swash plate mechanism could be applied in practice.

Abstract: Per GDP energy consumption is the main indicator of district energy-saving effect. The Article firstly analyzed the influence factors of per GDP energy consumption. Then summarized energy-saving measures as six aspects: optimizing industrial structure; reducing energy intensity of industries; reducing per capita household energy consumption; limiting resident population; improving efficiency of energy conversion; improving energy storage and transportation management level. According to implementing body, energy-saving measures are divided into government measure and enterprise measure. District energy-saving measures mainly refer to the government measures. The selection course of district energy-saving measures is divided into five steps: initial prediction of per GDP energy consumption of term-end; analysis of measures of reducing industry energy intensity, per capita household energy consumption and energy loss; second prediction of per GDP energy consumption of term-end; compare with the target value; determination of district energy-saving measures.

Abstract: According to China's current energy present situation, the use of renewable energy, saving energy and reducing consumption has become the energy industry development should follow the basic principles. Ground-source heat pump and conventional heat source composite system as a kind of building energy efficiency technology, mainly reflected in soil source heat pump renewable energy utilization aspects. In this paper the soil source heat pump and conventional heat source matching design and operation mode research, from the matching design principle chart, operation mode, the practical engineering application, economic and technical analysis into consideration, it is concluded that the soil source heat pump and conventional heat source composite system can be applied and research.

Abstract: Calculation illustrates that it can annuallysave more than one lagre oil field output corresponding energy if China totally operate steam turbine at low vacuum to keep warm in winter; sum up the technique difficult points and how to solve them when reform the old steam turbine to operate the steam turbine at low vacuum to keep warm in winter; raising reasonable inspire policy in order to perform the new build steam turbine of low vacuum to keep warm in winter competitively.
